Shipping Calculator: To estimate shipping costs and delivery times for your order, please use our shipping calculator during checkout. Simply enter your address details to see available shipping options and costs.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. Track Your Order 

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
